So, in other news, here is a picture of the cheese counter from the little artisan grocer a few blocks from where I live:
The aroma when you walk past that is intoxicating- I sometimes duck into the store just to walk past that counter. And yes, the man behind the cheese, his sole job is, in fact, to stand there and be knowledgeable about cheese. Those two swords hanging from the ceiling in front of him? They're not for decoration. They're for carving the huge cheese wheels in the glass case behind him.
