What we have is oppressive heat & humidity. More insects per cubic foot than 'Nam. Old people and rednecks who can't drive and don't understand the concept of slower traffic keep right. More LEOs per capita than East Berlin, and they've all got nothing better do than run speed traps. Roads that are straighter and flatter than anything you can imagine and yet still have 30-40 MPH speed limits.
What we are missing is diversity of terrain- mountains, seven different kinds of desert, that sort of thing. Here, it's all just a continuous mix of swamp & heavy woods. We're missing serious race shops. We're missing business and industry in general. We're missing Palomar Mountain and the canyons of Julian. We're missing fish tacos and Fry's.

I'm starting to lean towards OBD-II myself. So long as you make your wiring harness plug-n-play, it doesn't seem that hard to swap the computer and injectors back to stock every other year. In CA, by contrast, they're starting to tighten up the numbers for the pre OBD-II cars. My last test there I passed, but not by a huge margin on NO, and that was with a 2 year old CARB-approved cat.
I dont swap **** and have passed every time.

I don't know what I would do if they enacted **** like that in Florida. Probably hurry up and sell my car before the regulations took place and purchase a Honda Fit or some other reasonable car.

Florida gets invaded annually with slutty college chicks on spring break. This is essentially a second Christmas. Quit your bitchin'.
