everclear is just grain alcohol. no flavor, just ... well nothing else. I had a bottle of the 190 once for drinking as a novelty and really it never got used because it's just so ridiculously strong. bootlegged from tx to ca.

the last time i bought some it was to make limoncello. now that's a reasonable use for it.

sam adams makes a beer thats over 30 percent(I think its called utopia?) they had to breed their own yeast strains to survive the high alcohol levels

too bad it's a sam adams though
lots of belgium style abbey ales have high alcohol and are quite tasty too.
beast lite is just a no-no
