I think that's the most amazing revelation about lifting weights for me. I felt nothing after lifting it. No soreness, no muscle strain, no weirdness. Sure I was fatigued as heck, but that's it.

Meanwhile I can pick heavy shit up all day long in real-world applications. One of these is a toddler.

Just got done with my reverse diet. 5 days into my cut and I'm 6.5lbs down. 220's here I come :'^)

Also had a talk with my coach and we switched stances for competition pulls.

"Wasn't supposed to do deads today but I rarely get a chance to work out with the mentor @leo_smith305 anymore. Couldn't pass up on it. Decided to pull conventional since my hips are fried. This is a big PR but decided to stop at three reps since I still had 7 sets to do, haha. I never pull conventional. @tonymontgomeryjr surprised how strong my conventional is. Might train it for a little while longer."
