Just got done with my reverse diet. 5 days into my cut and I'm 6.5lbs down. 220's here I come :'^)
Also had a talk with my coach and we switched stances for competition pulls. "Wasn't supposed to do deads today but I rarely get a chance to work out with the mentor @leo_smith305 anymore. Couldn't pass up on it. Decided to pull conventional since my hips are fried. This is a big PR but decided to stop at three reps since I still had 7 sets to do, haha.
