Could you please re-rack your weights. Leaving them on the floor is not acceptable.

they just put up those signs. people are really bad at our gym and leave weights on racks so you think it's in use.

it's got to the point where i hop on benches when someone's still using it, but that's an unrelated gay thing.

I hate those signs. Personally I love going to bench seeing 2 plates on the bar since i wont have to adjust much.

haven't tested max squats but tonight I managed to do 5 clean reps of 308lbs. I was at 2 reps a month ago.

Just preworkout, nothing else, no protein or creatine. If I'm cutting I use BCAA

usually Redweiler, But right now testing Platinum pre.
I simply have no real reason for not taking Creatine except being a cheapskate when it comes to supplements. stuff is expensive here.

For 10 bucks you'll get enough creatine to last you 10 years. Out of everything creatine is cheapest. Get some.

lol. I just looked at the ingredients on redweiler. It's pretty crappy man. The amounts of ingredients is quite low but the caffeine is quite high so you cant just double up.

Still a fatty, but was too close to diabetes for comfort. Cut out a ton of carbs. No breads, booze, or overly starchy foods since mid-December, and no sugary drinks. I'm down about 40 lbs since then. Struggling after a month bout with pneumonia, but damnit, I'm trying!

I set a weight goal of 169 a few weeks back. I weighed 169.1 this morning; trolled.
