I'll try to stop by a local junkyard and see if there are any around... lots of LGTs up here in the east coast.

I think part of the reason I think the mini scoop isnt as flat is because I keep seeing this car in the DIY aero mod thread - is that a mini scoop and if not what is it?

Nice! Thanks for the identification... I could never find them anywhere. Seems like they are back?

Your sleuthing is obviously better than mine, kudos for the link. Now I just need to get off my *** and buy one. And a hood.

Wheels/tires installed. Yes I know it needs a bath, but the weather here lately has been terrible.

Someone on the Forester FB group posted about the tall JDM '02 STi scoops being a good deal on japanparts.com so I ordered one last night for $145 shipped. Weak Yen FTW. If anyone with a bugeye or SG FXT wants one, now is a good time.

I should strap the GoPro to the Subaru and drive down to Big Sur this weekend. I have the gate code for this great little private road...

I've purposely avoided reading ANYTHING about Rallycross since I bought the Subaru. I don't need another becauseracecar project.

I has no pics, but since my 05 Outback XT is no longer my work car, I cleaned it up and detailed it. I drove it up on ramps and cleaned underside, door jams, engine bay, everything! Detailed the interior, even took some of it apart (switchs, air vents, if it easily snaps off I came off) and cleaned it good. Shampood carpet, cleaned and put stuff on leather, everything! Looks so much better. And smells nice! And faster since I had a solid 800 pounds of **** in that car.

I did a clutch job on a 2013 yesterday and thought of you.
20k miles, clutch was so toast that there were clumps of ceramic plugging up the pressure plate.
Dudebro was like "I only launched it a couple times"
