Nope, were in no hurry. To be honest we havent even made plans to live together when we graduate which is in 5 months.

i was at a party last night hosted by a woman and her partner dude of like 28 years--not married.

and two nights prior i was out celebrating the birthday of a girl who recently decided to break up with her bf of 12 years because he wasn't ever going to ask to marry her.

after that long, the right and wrong answers should be pretty evident.

The wife and I were together 10 yrs before marriage- she got the itch to hitch. But I was thinking why fix it if it ain't broken.

Marriage really didn't change a thing. We bought a house 5 yrs before marriage. Then waited 9 yrs after marriage to have kids. I'm definitely from the school of "try things out" before getting married. You learn a lot about a person living with them.
