Then I read the rest of the effing thread (Doh). 20 degrees @ 100% DC is a retarded standard. Quite frankly I dont think that will hold crap with a judge if you took it that far either, since clearly you signed a lease with a reasonable understanding of the capabilities of the appiances in the unit including the AC, and those appliances are now degraded to a point where it costs you hundreds of dollars.

Well, I came home yesterday to an apology note written by the apartment manager and a fixed AC, lol.
