I've seen plates on buggies on some midwestern state but now I can't remember which one. In most places they just need to have an Slow Moving Vehicle sign (the reflective triangle) and 4-way flashers on.
Also they can get tickets for speeding or running stop signs. This happens most often after they pass out drunk "behind the wheel" and the horse just starts taking itself home.

I should have gotten a picture earlier of a dick in a suburban parked at the movies. He was about 6" over the line, so I was sure to park as close as possible, hoping he has a passenger. I got about 6" from the door, and climbed out the passenger side. If they were to kick my car or anything, **** if I care.

double win in my book
Doubt it was me - unless you went to Amstar in Alabaster - don't know why you'd do that since Patton Creek is better and more local to you - I assume. FYI, my excursion is a white 2001 with a Work Turbochargers sticker on the rear window. And I don't generally park like a dick, unless just tryign to **** someone else off

Nah, I was in Hoover. I'm sure whoever it was, was quite pleased. I know I was.
