Yes, if you are using ---- hair for measurement purposes you have to define if you are referring to red, blonde or brunette as they are different thicknesses.

Yeah, someone on the site I found that on commented that it was an older gentleman who was confused and going in the wrong way (in Canada). I don't see any sign of a person inside and certainly no brake lights.

Not sure this qualifies, the guy is only taking up one parking space and looks to be centered width-wise.

He's actually damned if he does and damned if he doesn't take up the parking space behind him.

It does bring up a pet peeve of mine though, "normal" (aka. non-handicapped, elderly, baby-on-board) parking bays seem to be narrower these days and if everyone drove SUVs, only 2/3 of them can actually be used.
