How (and why) to Ramble on your goat sideways
Unfortunately, probably higher than one would think at first. Autoimmune diseases tend to cluster, and the inflammation that they cause can trigger cancer. That plus treatments for the former tend to be immune-suppressive, which reduces the ability to fight tumors.
Sucks. :(

Huh? No, I don't do cancer. Too complicated.
I'm coming up on the 20th HS reunion, which means everyone is crawling out of the woodwork on social media. Who is still thin and attractive, who has five kids, who has utterly failed at life, who has died, etc... Some girl who was in my class and who used to hit on me on a regular basis has been having seriously **** luck over the past decade or so. MS, Lupus, a recent cancer diagnosis, and she just found out that she's infertile as well (not that isn't probably a good thing at this point.)
Just seems like a remarkable combination of gut-punches. She's actually a very nice person. Not especially easy on the eyes, but a decent human.
