Glad to hear the Spice **** is still in business. Ain't it a weird place, what with the big door in the back and, well, not much else?

Five bucks, though? Damn. I guess maybe that's sort of fairish, inflation-wise. I just remember it being so cheap that it was laughable when we used to go there. Now that I think about it, it has been twelve years since I graduated...

Only shitty thing is my friend got a parking citation 10 minutes before 4:00 by a 400 pounder. "Already started, sorry" BASTARD

This test should be part of the sign up process on MT.net... ya know... to make sure "Our Kind" are the only ones to make it in.

I just mowed my grass, then washed and clayed/waxed all the cars and jogged them around the block to clean off the rotors. That's some fookin work, man.

I'm running on about 9 hours of sleep in the past 3 days too. It's so nice out I want to go ride the bike but damn, I just can't do it.

Gonna go pass out for a bit.

Here's to hating naps because I wake up grumpy... cheers.

**** South Carolina. That is the shittiest state I have ever driven through. Absolutely nothing to see or do but trees. Drove right at 1000 miles today since 5 this morning and just got in about 10:30. Worst drive ever.

Today I drove a vitage mini to its limits, extremely crossed up, then proceeded to drink heavily. Life is good

Relocating your wastegate boost source to a post intercooler location is FTW. Finally got around to doing it on my greddy setup, fixed all boost spike/drop issues. 12psi SOLID to redline. Mmmmmmm.

I'm watching European sports car racing on Bloomberg TV right now. I find this a little weird. But then again the kind of people who watch business and financial news can afford these Ferraris and Aston Martins.

Green '99 Protege 5sp 210k miles, pw, pl, keyless, probably some other options. Really clean car inside and out. $999.

Kinda want to say, "Hell, its $1,000, why not?" If nothing else, at that price, if it runs, stops, turns, and doesn't do so while falling apart, I don't see why it would be a bad thing to have a spare of a spare of a spare.... of a spare.

Maybe I don't need 5 cars. But what if I lose an engine in one, trans in the other, clutch in the other, and wreck one? Then I'd need it!!

Doooo it. Until last week I had 4 cars. Down to 3, but if I found something nice for 500-1000 can't say I wouldn't pick it up.

I'm interested in it because its 5sp. Both of my saturn DD's are auto's. While my DOHC gets 45(ish)mpg on the highway after my mods, if it were a 5sp I'd get 50's. My SL1 is the spare, taking up space in the garage where the Z28 should be. If I modded it I'd probably see 50's but i'm not sure if I want to or not yet.

It would be nice to hypermile a little Protege when I go to visit the parents in Cleveland. IDK if its the 1.6 liter or the 1.8 yet. Green though? Never owned a green car.

EDIT: **** and *****. I was just there looking at it yesterday, called just now to find out more info and it sold last night.

Here is another good reason I hate living in the Southeast. I'm tired of being around a bunch of ignorant rednecks. Maybe some of you have seen some of Tim James' campaign commercials, since they made it into national news. Here is a good spoof of him. This pretty much sums up why I hate the Southeast, because I could easily see this being in a campaign and the guy getting voted in based on it. Tim James actually made me change my stand on non English languages on forms, and other things, when I heard how ignorant it sounded coming out of someone else's mouth.

On top of that, I'm tired of the bible beating here. Whoever is most Christian and loves Jesus enough wins. Another campaign smear ad said something about how a candidate didn't take every word of the bible as truth, and he ACTUALLY was for teaching evolution in the classroom... Yay, the Southeast where we get left behind, look ignorant and try to remain in the past, scared of advancements.

Southeastern Redneck Chiming In Here...

Tax dollars didn't pay for "Don's Ristoraunte" sign or menu. While the video is witty and clever, it draws on an age old stereotype of people in the southeast. Well, we aren't all haters. I would rather see bilingual employees at the state/county/city/town levels to assist non-english speakers, where an investment in people is always a plus, and leave the trees standing and the printing companies out of the taxpayers pockets, as we throw thousands of non-english forms away anually.

Stereotypes don't make themselves. The majority of people in the southeast think this way, at least ones in my area, so maybe I'm not reading your post correctly, because it sounds like you are saying otherwise. Many may not be bold enough to come out and say it, but many think it, and elect people like this douche to speak for them.

"Get outta hur foreigner! This is Amerikuh! We speak English round hur! DURRRR! Rabble rabble rabble"

Dear god, I would have to have a serious ******* talk with this asshat afterwards. Not only does he nearly wreck you, but then he slows you down pretty much the entire time on the track. I would be yelling my voice away the whole day.
