Just tried the falafel sandwich (on flatbread) at Subway. Surprisingly, it wasn't awful. They're not going to put Falafel King out of business by any stretch, but it was a hell of a lot better than the usual cold-cuts.

Is this a regional thing or a pilot sandwich? They don't offer it here.

I have no idea if this is a repost, but I haven't seen it. This is epic.

Did a little googling, and it looks like it's a pilot program. Woo Hoo, I ate a test sandwich!

In all honesty, it was one of the tastier things I've had at subway.

I hate Subway. The cold cuts do not taste fresh.

I normally hate Subway, too. But I was getting tired of alternating between Chipotle and Chinese every night, so I figured I'd get a meatball sandwich (the only thing there I can stand.) Surprise!

Jimmy Johns- holy ****, dude. They had a $1 sandwich promo a couple of days ago. At lunchtime, the line outside the one on the ground floor of the Aon center was literally about 100 feet long.

For ****'s sake, people! Is your life really so valueless that you'll stand in line for an hour to save $4 on a sandwich? I went to the sushi place down the hall, spent $11, and enjoyed my lunch a hell of a lot more than if I'd waited in that damn line.

I was the GM of (what was)the busiest JJs in the country for about a year, and I worked in various management rolls in several other stores for about ~4 years. People go ******* INSANE for Jimmy Johns. Every day we had the 100 foot line, out the door for several hours for regular price sammies. Even last summer when Seattle experienced a 100+ degree heat wave for about a week (not common) and the AC system in the store started dying, people were standing in line, out the door for 2-3 hours every day to get their food.

I appreciate my desk job so much more because of that place :P.

I should mention that my location was in downtown Bellevue, WA. Not very many fast food choices, lots of ultra loaded businessmen/women who just wanted a quick bite so they could get back to their coke fueled day at the office.

The city of Bellevue is/was on somewhat of a crusade to snuff out traditional fast food in the area due to its image not jiving with how they wanted their little utopia to look. McD's, BK, Wendys, etc were all shut down. Places like Chipotle, PF Changs and JJs were allowed to stay because even though they are fast food franchises at their core, they bill themselves as the anti fast food joint.

Speaking of Chipotle, anyone else out there tried their margaritas? They are absolutely AWESOME! Seriously, ~3 bucks buys you a clear plastic cup full of tasty green liquid that I'm about 99% sure is flammable. 2 of those things and I'm DRUNK.

So, kinda gay. Took deposit on the stang. Guy totally failed months later. I turned away a few guys when they were lurking to buy because the desposit guy was cool, down to earth and seemed genuine (besides he offered more).

Car has sat since Jan 1 2010, he losses half his deposit, i get to keep $1500.

Mustang community is totally f*ck full of retards, cheap f*cks and guys who all think they have top secret weapons under the hood.

Anyhow, took the stang out for a spin today. I realized its still ok and seems fun. But it lacks the creature comforts of my DODGE.

I also attach cool MT logo from back when.
