I was expecting a very nice check today and was handed one for less than half the amount I was expecting!! The ******* lady never got my email with the revised invoice I sent her! Son of a bitch!!!

Needless to say, that was an awkward moment. I told her I almost **** when I opened the envelope and saw the amount. Now I need to wait until I get home and resend the newer invoice and hope she doesn't **** when she sees that one! lol

That had been around for a few months. I don't know what its supposed to make me want to do, I think theres a subliminal message in there somewhere, something like "Don't buy a Kia... DON'T BUY A KIAAAA".

 

I don't understand most ******* marketing these days. None of it makes sense anymore. Commercials used to be straight forward. "Buy our product, it's the best!" Now it has to be all artsy fartsy with "cool" music, dancing, and generally stupid bullshit that often makes no goddamn sense (hamsters).

Funny bootcamp story:

My brother sent me a letter form Parris Island today, he said that they (the recruits) where doing drills (marching) and one recruit couldn't get it right. Eventually the Drill Instructors had enough of that particular recruit and punished him by having him run around the marching platoon yelling "THIS RECRUIT IS A ******* RETARD".

Moral of the story: Don't **** up at boot camp.

 

Ohh I hear ya. Whenever I owe a client money they sure as **** expect it before I even have it in my own hands. When its the other way around though, people sure do drag it out as long as possible. At least it sure seems that way.

I'll give her till Monday before I start getting nasty about it. For now, I'm giving here the benefit of the doubt.
