Yea he said it was also used as a mood stabilizer or some ****, but he said if anything it'll just keep me level headed. All I know is its the first prescription I have ever taken in my life, and I finally quit smoking. I concentrate alot better, and have zero cravings for a cig. I tried cheating the first week, and just holding a cigarette didn't feel right.

Smoking is as stupid an activity as anyone can find.
Stay the course Urban and you'll make me follow you.

I smoked a few cigs a couple years back, I was 16 or so. They don't do anything for me. I don't really see how people can enjoy smoking to the point of doing it on a daily/hourly basis. When you think about...what are you getting out of that cigarette? You pay a shitload of money for it, you put it in your mouth, light it on fire, and breathe in smoke. Who came up with that?

stick with it man, I quit awhile back to where I don't have an craving anymore and only smoke when I get stressed to the point of getting sick but the lack of craving is nice.
I found that after the first two weeks had passed most of the cravings where gone it was the habit of smoking that was hard. Such as going to the bar and having a drink I would smoke cause it was a habit.
Keep up the good work man, and do anything you can to stop thinking about it.

I'd honestly rather be kicked in the ***** 3-4 times a day rather than smoke a clove cigarette. All the shitty taste as a regular cigarette but with out all the yummy nicotine! Who the **** invented these things? Same twit that invented de-alcoholized beer. If you are going to smoke, smoke the good cancer producing cigarettes!
Seriously cloves smell like burning donkey.

I think the 1st 24hours is the most difficult in a way. In 17 years I don't think I went more than 8-10 hours with out a smoke, and that's only because I had to sleep or be on a plane. 24 hours with nothing was a major milestone.
Keep it up, and don't substitute anything. Just be secure in the knowledge that you are winning and there is no turning back.

Dude, realistically its way too soon to say "no more cravings"
Make it a week at the very least, being around smokers, doing **** you would normally smoke during. Like for me I usually smoked a good amount when I was out drinking.
1 or 2 days is a good start no doubt, but wayy too soon to know what withdrawal is. Keep it going and goodluck
