I had assumed the car was legal since it was not towed from the scene. Often times one legal messican will register a car or two in his name for his illegal compadres.

 

I haven't heard much than what I have already stated. We have made contact with mom's attorney, and he said we shouldn't worry. That State Farm is like a pack of rabid hyenas on insurance fraud. But if it does get to him, that he will make sure nothing happens to mom(family lawyer for 20 years).

I don't know about there, but here in KC area if a pig pulls over an illegal alien driving an illegal car without drivers license or insurance, do you think they do ANYTHING? **** NO. I know a dozen cops, and they ALL LET THEM GO.

The good thing about your Grammy's case... If they're asking for that much money it WILL Be investigated. Witnesses to the accident including paramedics and the officer will be put on stand to testify. The judge will be MUCH more likely to believe a cop over some low life scum suspected of insurance fraud, along with the paramedic.

The insurance company WILL be investigating the accident. For their sake, I hope they totaled the back of their pule of **** car with an identical car to your grandmothers.... They'll watch this woman with a "broken neck" and have more than one other medical opinion on this "brain dead baby." Your Grandmother will come out of this fine. Last I heard, which was last week, is that State Farm (mom's company) is handling it. The told her not to worry, and that in no way will it ever reach her. So the family is now out of the loop. I am curious to see what State Farm is doing though.

 

There are SOME in the Latino communities who are trying to do things right and I know a few of them and their families, but the others are just parasites sucking the life out of American life and need to either do it right or be sent home!! Dont worry trust me is not as easy as it looks to milk insurance companies, at least in Florida since we are a no fault state. I work at a defense attorneys office for insurance companies althought we dont have motor vehicule insurance cases anymore I see crazy **** like this all the time makes me laugh. Honeslty 1.5M?? a broken back?? brain damaged?? those ppl wouldve been air lifted and you wouldve probably been all over the news....wow dont worry the officer's crash report and his testimony, as he's the only party not involved and main witness, will be on your favor.
