I assume 94-97 is the same, 99-00 is the same and 01+ are all the same excluding the MSM?

As a welded piece non modular the price will come in between $600 and $800 most likely, now do remember that will include fuel rail, and standoffs at that price so I think it should be very reasonable.

With all that included, if you can swing it for the 600 mark, then yes, youll move alot more alot quicker

The MSM has the same head. Seriously, this isn't news. :-) The only difference is the cams. I had a few heads just laying around...

Manifold is almost finished!

Just have to finish the machine work on the head flange and get the name badge made up and it will be done.

End cap has 1 3/8" npt port and 3 1/4" npt port to accommodate accessories

Should be going for some dyno numbers soon!

That is the honda B Series right now, the miata will be quite similar though.

The plenum floor will run a round port in the miata's, also we will be getting custom made double wall U bends for producing the runners, 1.75" .120wall as it will match the cross sectional id nearly perfectly for the 1.6L ports, and the double wall will more than handle the weight of the plenum and any small amount of possible vibration the engine could produce.

The company is going to require I get 20 U bends at a time to produce them for me so I should have plenty of material in stock to get alot of manifolds done

I'm sure he could machine you some out of titanium and charge you another $100 if you want plugs.

We are expecting all 4 of those ports to be used up
3/8" port for brake booster
1 port for MAP Sensor
1 port for A/F Regulator
1 Port for Boost Gauge

Um, do you think that's the best place to take the MAP signal? On the one hand, the flow is lower there, on the other it should be more dramatically effected by individual intake strokes of the last cyl. Seems like you might get a bump map signal, though it'd be fine for brake boosters, etc. Just a thought.

BTW: Don't discount the vibration. I broke lots of alum, then steel, tabs for holding on the injector rail! Snapped off the VIC valve, etc, all from not having the factory brace on the '99 manifold. Ok, so, it weights a lot more, but still, that thing must really get moving. Details upon request.

If you're still looking for photos/dimensions/etc off the MSM head, '99 head, or VVT heads, let me know, I have one of each. Just PM me or something, I have a bit of measuring equipment.

The later two pics really look like they have that protruding horn structure (though it looks a little tight on the side walls?), but the latest pic (shown top in my post) looks very flat internally. I was wondering the reason for the change. Very nicely done regaurdless.

These are set up for the OEM TB, or the mustang or...? I'm certainly going to be in the market sooner or later.
