So what, they were satisfied with non working clutch kits for a while but they thought for the hell of it why not "experiment" at making some that work?

I have both a full face disk and a 6 puck, I compared and they are both the same thickness. What is the thickness of a stock clutch? Is there any way of knowing if it's too thick before it all goes back together?

Now I'm nervous.

My disk looks just like that. I wonder why mine works exactly. It's a combination of my 626 flywheel, custom slave setup, b2000 clutch fork and clutch pedal adjustment... don't really know what though. I just did some measuring to make sure the parts would work and then sized the slave rod. It's shorter than b2000 rod but longer than the miata.

You'd think the would compensate for the disc thickness in the pressure plate ring position.

you'd think, but the pp friction surface is exactly at the same place as the oem and centerforce pps.

So Clutchnet clutches really do suck? Glad I spent my wad on the SPEC after thinking hard enough about going cheap. Sucks man, I'm sorry to hear.

Thanks for the heads-up. I plan on upgrading my clutch soon and will be going with ACT instead of Clutchnet. I agree completely that a little more money is worth saving a lot of hassle.

Damn it. I measured mine, 8mm. Anyone know if they are giving refunds? I'd rather send it all back and go with good stuff.

its been fine all week, dunno what the deal is. Shifted down on my way to work into 3rd, shuddered really bad. I immediately feel the clutch pedal get engine vibrations and feel rough. I hear the TOB whine when i press the pedal down and I have to slam it into gear. I guess the TOB failed, I'm not sure, but im tired of all the issues with Clutchnet related issues. Never had one problem with ACT so I'm going to go back to it. **** Clutchnet, **** Russians, **** Shims.

I emailed them about a refund. Hopefully they will give me one. If the clutch doesn't fit I don't see why they won't. If they don't thats BS and I say we spread the word.
