Kindle stolen: which replacement should I get?
I got drunk on a cruise ship and left my Kindle Keyboard at a bar, and whoever low life took it didn't take it to the lost and found department.
Now, should I get a Kindle Fire, or just another Keyboard?
P.S. I carried a mini-iceberg I fetched from a lake next to an Alaskan glacier during a 5-hour canoeing trip, back to the ship bar and had it turned into martinis and margaritas.

I just got a preowned Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 from cowboom for $170 shipped. Very pleased with the deal. Looks brand new, came with all accessories other than headphones. Perfect size, too -- big enough for video and web browsing, small enough for comfortable reading.
Only dislike is that it comes with 3.2 HC, but ICS is supposed to be released within the next few weeks. If it's not, root-and-ROM will in the cards.

Apple wins $1 billion award in patent case- MSN Money
pretty sure the Tab was part of this.

/Back to our regularly scheduled thread!
I'm picking up an Asus Transformer Infinity w/keyboard dock in a few weeks. I love that tablet almost as much as Brainy loves kittens. YMMV, take it for what it's worth - but I'm putting my money where my mouth is here, yo.

because 9 people got to play with toys and decided certain things in question (patented) were very similar, enough they decided it was in violation.
you think 9 random people are going to understand the nuiances between these things? I wouldn't have dared let it go to jury like that.
