scott, you gotta create a shareable link, view the link, then use THAT image url.

 

Either that, or "Save As" and then use the wonderful IB image-uploader dialogue that you're so fond of.

I lost all my chrome links recently here at work. I used to use some piscasa album where I could just right click and get image URL. I cant find that particular way to access my Google Photos anymore, and they are non-shareable links and when you clikc the share icon, it only links back to the album, not the individual link.

so stupid.

nope. it worked through google+ photos, but i cant find my backdoor into it anymore, it keeps bringing me back to google photos which you cant actually share images from.

it's not my fault google ***** up links so you cant share things from a public album.

and im not going to download images on my government computer, have it logged with our security software, so i can then reupload here where they can read the bullshit i write about the law enforcement i work for.
