In other sad news, my sister put the last of the four cats she had to sleep on Saturday. This one was 16 and had some serious renal failure.
This is Sojourner (formerly known as Moe but better known as "fat kitty")
I fostered that kitty as a baby with her two brothers, Larry and Curly.

Not a good weekend for mt.net cats -- we lost Smoke on Saturday. :( He was a Y2K kitty, and we brought him and his brother home riding on my wife's lap (then girlfriend) in the Miata, from the house of another Miata owner in Boulder Creek where we'd adopted him. He was 17 and had a lot of health issues (had been blind for years, kidney failure, stroke last year, etc), but I miss him...
