FHS - I live in West Hollywood and have always considered it to be safest neighborhood around...
Saml01 - I'm not Jewish
Now I have 2 options...
1. Sell Miata and all the **** I have with it right now, pay off my 350Z, and start saving up for a house
2. Finish Miata (another $4-5k to go), drive it for couple of months, sell it then, and pay off my 350Z, and then start saving up for a house
What do you guys think I should do?

i had renters and have homeowners now. so cheap.
i was robbed once in college over a holiday weekend. they took:
1 cordless telephone from bedroom A
1 1970s stereo receiver of no specific value from bedroom B
about 60 CDs from bedroom C
1 pillow case to hold aforementioned CDs
wtf.
however it does eliminate a lot of guilt I might have otherwise had about obtaining music from the internets.

Same advice I gave you before you got robbed. Since you're planning on selling the Miata in a few months anyway, I don't see the logic in spending thousands more on it.

Id say drop the 350Z and daily the Miata.

If you want to dump your PLX stuff, name your price. I picked up my DM-100 and SM-AFR from their promo sale. I've been wanting to pick up some more sensor modules but I've had to send my DM-100 and SM-AFR in twice now for service. Not sure if I want to pay full price for more stuff.

There's a one bedroom place on Westmount, like 400 meters from Urth. I looked at it last time it was vacant but decided to stay Downtown. I think they were asking $1100. No garage, but it has a big driveway.
