Your intake and bov where designed in an insulated enviroment sound insulation more than heat but if your bov vent back into a point between the maf and air filter and the air flow through the filter will be heard i love hte way mine does is but of course i have no bov so the noise is the positive pressure bleedign across the compressor blades the wrong way it still heightens the enjoyment of driving the car btw. your car stock makes 200 Crank hp maybe 180 whp stock. 220-250 is the limit of your little oem turbo though. from this prespective the 16g small will do alot in how powerfull the car feels exp at 15 psi where you will be pushing 260+ whp depending on your state of tune. hope this helps

yeah it really did actually help alot thank you, I was so stunned when I took it out for a test drive after installing the filter I was so happy to hear that noise. I didnt expect it to be that much louder

yea im talking about whp, stock on a 95 is 210 crank. I put my bov on at the same time as the intake so not sure about the noise, but if you really want to scare people get a dumped o2 sensor housing, the air bled off by your wastegate usually goes back into the exhaust, when its dumped it just goes straight out of the car, no exhaust, at about 4k the wastegate opens up and the car screams, i had this.

Haha you wanna scare people.. this is the answer.. i've seen this in person:

1) Get a large turbo.. at minimum a 50 trim...
2) use an external wastegate and route it out the side of your front bumper.
3) Proceed to shoot 1-2 ft flames out of your bumper.

Sleeper is fun, but not really practical when your pushing like 17 PSI :P Either way your car is going to sound like a damn vacuum cleaner.

my car was extremely quiet until i wanted it be be loud, the dump didnt open till 4k and you shouldnt hear a bov during normal driving unless you keep reving it.
