Every body can have their opinion but this deal has been over and done a long time ago. Just wanted to represent my side and if you had sent $2500 you wouldve done the same. I didnt publicly trash him and I am done with this ordeal.
But bottom line is you still got the parts AND the money!

No Randy, we wouldn't have. Most of us are decent guys who wouldn't intentionally **** someone out of both parts and cash. I've definitely been burned on deals before, but never once have I taken the parts AND the cash and ran with it.

Are you retarded?

I paid for items not received. Asked for a partial refund. He agreed. He still fucked up and didnt refund money. Paypal issued refund based on their policy.

But yes I am the bad guy.

Coming into this thread was your second mistake...
I'm all for someone making a mistake, but to repeat that mistake is...

Not retarded - just concerned. Did you get the turbo kit? And did you ever make a concerted effort to refund what the difference would have been? Regardless of what or how you feel about someone.
$2,500 is a felony - you dig?

Cool

Read up on paypal policies. Im not happy about the way it went but thats waht happened and this was over the span of 6 months or more.

Just like a recent order parts didnt ship but seller refunded money and no probs. I also bought a pistons and head, clutch kit, injectors, exhaust all from this site with no problems.

Sorry I posted...that was a mistake and I will agree there.

So I know I am a bit late here, and I dont know the full story because you are being a bit cagey with the details, But as I read it- You paid $2500 for a full turbo setep. He sent you more than half of the stuff, 6 months later you got $2500 back.

And now you are saying you are not happy with the outcome?

Cmon, EVERYONE including total noobs on here know that I can be REALLY slow with shipping but NEVER have I fucked anyone over. EVER. And I did issue a refund IMMEDIATELY but very nice guys at PayPal decided that it would be fun to run the refund from an account that I haven't used in years instead of my default one. Oh joy.

I think you can use google checkout to send money to other people. At least in the past you could. Ebay ended up buying paypal and made it the only online way you could send money if you bought things on paypal.
