Many of the boards i visit have google ad's, take donations, etc. But not one admin has ever accused the "non" paying members of stealing.

I have to agree. I won't sit and argue the cost of servers and bandwidth, but I can tell you guys that it is a lot more expensive than you think. A T1 is a drop in the bucket when you have thousands of hits a day.

However, I'm on other forums that are much larger and have many many more members. While they accept donations, the owners of those forums have never once accused any of the members of stealing services. Yes it has google ads, and yes they are after the first post.... but damn, accusing the people that make your forum what is of stealing? That is a bit much.
