Whatever you do don't jump from crummy relationship to what you think is an ideal one. Don't even have relationships.

In my experience people that look for relationships are doomed to be unhappy in them. Let the relationship find you. If you're smart that won't be for another 5 yrs...and it won't get serious for another 10.

Every bit of advice you are getting in this thread is from guys that were once just like you...and look back knowing what we really should have done.

Don't worry about disrespecting females...the real ladies will grab your attention and get your respect instinctively if you were brought up right. Until then don't bend over backwards emasculating yourself just to be the nice guy. The right girl will see the nice guy in you regardless of how much of a jerk you are. But all the dumb bitches will see someone to toy around with in the meantime if you let them.

Keep your problems to yourself. It's all VERY CLEAR what you should do when you just keep it in your head. Stick to your convictions...and decide for YOURSELF what to do in your life.
