Built off my old school harddog roll bar to get up to par to do tandem drift. Heres some cellphone pics.

You might notice that the rear section pipe dia is bigger than the front, but theres nothing in the rules against that or combining the 2. It only took like 5-6 hours from start to finish to do the front!

looks like you made it fit good and tight. What kind of bender are you using? Air over hydraulic?

manual. you put the pipe in there, look at the angle gauge and bam. its done. it wasnt hard at all....

thanks for all the comments. I would highly suggest at least the add on door bars if you have a hard dog. This thing is soo damn stiff now.

I wonder how you get in and out. Looks like it will be quite a chore from now on. Also is that Rollbar Hard top side latch freindly?

its fun to get in and out thats for shure... Had to be that way because we built off the hard dog and they had to be spaced like that to weld all around, and the Hard Dog didnt go all the way down to the floor. We did screw up and have the halo bar a little to high on the pass side. Have to make direct bolt in latches. No biggie though.

The door bars are a killer for me. the distance between them and the roof is just a little less than my *** to helmet in full crouch. ouch.
