That's pretty much the plan at this point. Megasquirt is being worked on at home in evenings though, whereas car is at friend's shop and I can only work on it when he is there, which is weekends and till 6:30pm weekdays (unless I take a day off of work).

Plus putting in rear control arm bushings and hopefully diff bushings on Saturday.

 

I'm late to the party, but I might be free to come BS and drink beer for a while. You can all laugh at my measly 1.6 and MS1.

 

You and i should race. 1.6 + MS vs 1.8 + stock ECU.

Looks like the weather for Friday 13th will be decent with a high of 50. I hope it doesn't change!
We are planning on strapping my car up Thursday evening and start tuning Friday at 8am.

 

We gotta get my car driveable so i can show up in the ugly turd. I wanna see if i can bribe Fathouse to get a baseline pull on it while it's 100% stock.

I think they're strapping hhammerly's car tonite so they're ready to go first thing tomorrow morning.

Not sure on food things. Gonna warn you dudes ahead of time that if my wife isn't feeling up to it, i'm probably not up for dinner either. She's in night school, so i really only see her Friday and Saturday evenings now.

I'll ping her tonite and see if she'd want to go to dinner with some Miata fruitcakes, though.


Oh, and my car is currently on jack stands with non-functioning brakes still in btabor's garage, so i'll be there in the Cherokee. :(

 

If it makes your wife feel more comfortable, I'll bring mine too. That way she's not overwhelmed by all of us homos.

 

Oh she doesn't care about that, it's more of a "How tired will she be after her 70 hour week?" type of deal, and still has to work on Saturday. I almost feel bad, because.... i worked 24 hours this week and am getting two three-day weekends in a row.
