I thought it was comical enough for a commercial. Got a little chuckle out of it. ******* LOL ^ I haven't seen that video in forever. **** makes me so uncomfortable.

 

that commercial is awesome. i like when he say's "what's that? it's an oyester and inside are 2 tickets to that thing you love, look again, IT IS NOW DIAMONDS!" there's diamonds pouring from his hand. what girl could resist? lol

Let me be clear. I'd find this ad bothersome whether the guy is black, white, purple or chartruse. It's not his color or race, it's the ego. (and yes, I know he's just an actor reciting lines given to him)

I also think the ad was entertaining or I wouldn't have posted it up. It's a miata forum. Figures an ad with a good looking 1/2 dressed man would be popular!

Finally to make a feeble attempt at Hustlerization, that punk is going to get his head caved if I ever find him. How dare he come into my house uninvited via the TV and talk to me and my woman that way. I'll use his skull for a bong and his face for my wallet. I actually like the girl commercial better. Guy one ways "we're pathetic but at least we enjoy our commute to and from our crappy house/job."

I too like the dodge commercials, they hit home with many men at one point in their life or another most likely. The old spice commercial is also awesome, I hadn't seen it on TV yet so it was very funny for the first time. I fully plan to pass these around once more incase anyone I know hasn't seen them

Commercials managed to get funny lately. They've been pretty bad until recently

 

I didn't know Hustler was a black youtube star.

 

It took me two tries to watch that all the way through...but at least I know what I'm doing for Halloween this year...red shirt and black "what what" pants.

From a retailers perspective the sign of a good commercial is do you remember the product. There are a huge number of entertaining commercials that you can't remember what the hell it was for. This Old Spice and those Dodge commercials are great since they are both very entertaining and do a good job of branding.
