Why are your engines so hungry? Dont let them get a taste for blood!

this was the only real damage...screw got lodged in the turbine and bent the shaft. Still made 232rwhp after fixing the turbo. I'm lucky, I've seen really bad damage from FOD, I had to pull my head today, so I finally got to see the innards.

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Same applies to pistons?

Gotta love the near perfect TB screw imprint on your piston. Amazing that it passed thru the engine and didn't do more damage. You should have bought a powerball tix that day.

Any fears of bent rod? You going to, or did you check that cylinder for TDC vs the other 3? Being in the "squish area", I dont think the gap there between the piston tops and the head are enough to fit that screw is it? Cant tell how far it pushed into the head, but it doesnt look very deep into the piston.

Screw was made of brass. It's okay, car still makes power; drove everyday for another 5 months on it like this, dynoed at 232rwhp. It hasn't failed yet, I doubt it will anytime soon.
