My MSM is finished!

That's from the "html" format of my tune, I uploaded it to google drive but when I click on it I just get a bunch of those codes. I just searched for "temp" and kept scrolling through till I found relevant stuff
I followed the menus you gave me but I don't see those options even listed under advanced. Might have an old software.

email Rev with your serial number and I expect he could tell you for sure what the CEL is doing.
Yes, you absolutely would benefit from a squaretop. I don't recall if you have a skunk2 throttle body, but if you don't, I expect you'd gain 20-30 hp with a skunk2 and squaretop.

Have Skunk 2 TB already, so manifold will be a nice add-on.
Heard back from Rev (well, my tuner did). CEL does a fast flash at 110c, stays solid at 115c. Need to address some cooling stuff, though not sure what else I can do. Ducting will be built over winter, but I've got every other cooling helper possible (reroute, TSE rad, louvres). The odd thing I was getting the CEL around turns 5 and 6 which are 65mph and 85mph corners so you're not really hammering that hard. Coming out of turn 9 around 60-70mph, I have my foot down through the last few slight bends all the way to 135mph. Basically, the car is getting a little hot, but not where i would expect it to. I did not have these issues on my last track day in May (was in the high 60s, low 70s), but this one was about 93* out first heat, 90 second heat, and 85 during the third.
I'm starting to wonder if I maybe went a bit extreme with the size of my FMIC (fab9 stage 2) and perhaps its going to just block too much air to the radiator even with ducting. The radiator is also very thick, so not sure if that's really a good or bad thing. Any opinions on this?

Also, does anyone know if the throttle cable on the MSM is the same as a regular NB1 and NB2? Planet Miata has a bunch, will order it up if so.

It does make ducting easier though since it's much taller - all you need for ducting is a couple of vertical ducts angled inwards to force all the incoming air through the intercooler and some foam under the intercooler, you don't need to worry about the top since the intercooler is as high as the radiator (assuming you already have a radiator shroud installed).
After that, if you still have issues, water spray is the next step (fun little project).

Weight savings from removing my AC was 32lbs iirc. I believe you will save a little less due to the MSM having an aluminum bracket where the rest of us got iron, but you're still looking at close to 30 lbs. The airflow cleanup will help a lot.

Louvres got a lot more gold and bright as the engine heat is fading them. Bought a square top IM but have not installed yet. Maxxis RC-1 are for sale so I can get 245/40-15 RS4 to replace them. Haven't tracked the car this year due to a new job and not having the time to take off so its going back to a more street oriented theme for a while, RS4 tires are still plenty adequate for track, have not decided if I will swap the stock trunk-lid back on yet. Selling the hardtop also, as soon as I took it off and went for a drive, I just felt so much happier behind the wheel.
245 on the NB looks kinda manly
She's topless once again

Very nice.
The hardtop is a tough call. Up until 2 weeks ago I had always tracked with the hardtop on. But, this car having no aero, and not worried at all about laptimes or speed, just having a fun time, I went without it. Open-air is quite nice.
Next year, with a wing and a splitter, I'll want the hardtop. But it is so nice hitting 100+ with the top down ...
