90% likely but I haven't decided yet. Bremerton events are tough for me way up here in the great white north and i'm already going to street survival for my buddy Andy next month there.

I'll be going to every pacific event I can this year though. I have a good friend that I dont see enough that lives 10 minutes from the track so you cant beat that.

Another thing that is going to get me to more track events is that my buddy and I are almost finished with his Pro3 car so he is going to have to get a truck/trailer that i'll be able to use. This makes me more willing to do track events since my car is going to break every time i'm sure.

Woohoo that instructor was a dick!

I think the guy in the MS3 just had the worst made coach of all time from MTV. All of those coaches flip out, but this guy...

I had to let the instructor drive my car for 2 laps at this event. I'm not into letting others drive my car if I don't know them personally (and sometimes even if I do, some people just can't drive). I wasn't about to have a pissing contest and go home without seat time when I live 3 hours from the track, so I let him drive it. That said, this instructor slipped the **** out of my clutch (seriously). Never heard of rev matching? I was not pleased.

This is David from HOD again - Folks, I had hoped to deal with this internally, but it is what it is, and this lap certainly does NOT reflect any of the HOD culture. I remain very proud of our coaching crew that continually gets high ratings from our customers. Subsequently, the coach from this video is no longer a part of the HOD team.
Ha.

I don't know of a SINGLE group that will cheat you of track time due to wanting another instructor.... or refusing to let them drive.

I've let one person drive my car on track. A friend and instructor. At Watkins Glen.... he semi ignored my precautions of more power... more brakes, more aggressive suspension... we almost die at the bus stop. 130+ mph spinout almost got me a free Integra Type R.... assuming we would live... which we did.

I will never let anyone drive my car... its Mine.... not some race teams car.

Sorry for bringing this back, but I realized that the driver of the Mazdaspeed 3 in the video posted in the OP has the worst luck of always finding douchebags.

Wow! I had to watch that twice, I though that I missed something. My buddy just got me a big *** flashlight used to handle people like that.

He was attempting to keep up with the ultimate driving machine in his plebian MS3. He is therefore evil, a communist, probably perverted, and also actually likes watching the Geico commercials. He therefore should be talked down by some prancing jerk with easaly bruised pride. Go BMW dousche...I mean guy.

Wow.

I got flak for this every time I've had the displeasure of running with a school. All it takes is 1 missed shift in the tight 6-speed box and and suddenly I'm out an engine and a turbo which is highly likely. For this reason I grossly prefer NASA over gay local schools. Its also kind of sad considering the last school day I attended I had the fastest car on the track aside from the god who owns the school. Even the American Iron guys couldn't keep up but demand to drive student cars to educate them.

Johnwag is the only person I'll let drive it on the track, he's spent enough time under it.

If I was the guy in the Mazda I would have gotten right the **** out of the car!

Not even on his ***, not pushing him or anything of the like. No reason for the guy to get out like that and bum rush the dude like he was going to do something.

No ******* way in hell I would have been calm about that. There would have been a fight, and I would have it all on tape to prove who provoked who.

that kinda reminds me of the chick they had ride shotgun with me on my lap 2 in autoX she did looked at me kinda funny when i asked her if she would just tell me left or right as a point of reference but got kinda quite when after she pointed me the right direction i would slide into the corner and keep on putting on speed. Lol the poor thing about **** her pants when i pulled into the last straight and popped the car up to 80-85 mph and then stopped right after the lights. I geuss she didnt have confidence in my from my 1st lap where i got totally lost. She did help me drop like 15 secs though
