Default DIYPNP First Start Up Issue

Hey all,
I finally got around to cranking over on my DIYPNP. I was stoked to see it idles but its very rough, almost as if its missing. I went to adjust the timing with the trigger wizard and it seems my timing mark on the pulley is jumping back and forth between 10 and 15 degrees BTDC. I did set the timing to fixed in ignition settings for this step as instructed. Any ideas from the MS guru's on here? I have a log and msq attached.

Ill give that a shot Brain, I did try adding some last weekend but maybe it wasn't enough. By the way, the alternator circuit layout you sent me seems like its working perfectly!
