Default External MAP sensor calibration..

Hi All

I've got a 3 bar denso map sensor left over from my old install, which was originally from an Apexi AVCR. I've done some digging and the callibration table for it should be as follows:

If I put a mityvac and voltmeter on it, I get similar values. If I connect it up to a spare ADC port on the MS, select it in the General Settings, Callibrate it to -50 @ 0v, 450 @ 5v, restart the MS it reads 101kPa without the engine running, which should be about right. Start it up, it runs like crap and reads approx 40kPa, so something is wrong with the calibration. If I put the mityvac on and pressurise it, then the reading for that is off as well.

Any suggestions? +5v is being taken from the MS reference voltage, and it's being grounded back to sensor ground. It's on an MSLabs MS3 Basic, 1.5.1 firmware.

This is exactly what I am wondering about currently too although I will start my own thread.

It was something in the sensor calibration that either MS or my stupidity couldn't figure out

I swapped to an external GM 3 bar MAP sensor and it all works perfectly...
