Default Frank’s PCB and MS3Pro - questions about FP, VVT, and TPS connections

Car has been running, and what started all the “re-wiring” was that I wanted to remove the AFM harness from the exhaust side to intake side of engine bay. It is a 90 NA with a VVT swap. The PCB and MS3Pro appear that they were once set up for active high FP and then moved to active low but Pin 1C is still used to trigger. Therefore, I think this is why my FP always primes with ignition on and never shuts off. Further, the VVT HC1 is jumpered to 2K (originally used for 5V power to AFM). Shouldn’t this be jumpered to an unused pin, like 1T? I found all the descrencies with wiring when I took all the e-tape off the old AFM connector sight.

Questions as follows:

1) Should I fix the FP to 1C issue by removing that jumper completely and then soldering the left holes for FP 90-93? That should hopefully make it active low and use Pin 2O as the ground trigger.

2) Should I wire HC1 to 1T? Or just keep using 2K? As long at 2K goes to the VVT solenoid and no where else, this shouldn't be a problem correct?

3) Is TPS correct? TPS from a 2002. I can see the TPS value change 0-100% in tuner studio. So it must be seeing variable TPSI thought a jumper was needed somewhere.

Update…

1) Removed jumper wire from 1C and solder the FP holes together. Pump now primes and turns off if you don’t start off Pin 2O following Frank’s instructions.

2) VVT works just fine off Pin 1K

Need to install an SD card and buy the full version of Tuner Studio to log I guess. Plan to work with AIM Tuning once I install the upgrades.

You should probably contact the guy who actually sells and builds these things.
