I've been working with Scott and Brian trying to figure this out and we think it's an MS problem.
I've hooked up the EBC in many different ways with my mbc and nothing seems to work. The last thing I did was hook it up alone without my mbc, and set my DC table to all 100's and it over boosts, I then tried all zeros and it still over boosts. I know the solenoid is working because it clicks when I wire it to the battery. I can blow through it when its disconnected and when it is connected it's obviously closing since I'm over boosting so the power feed is good. The only thing it could be is ms, but where in MS? The ms connection itself, a problem on the board or a problem with settings.
Anyone?

Swap one of the gauges to a BoostDCGauge. Are you actually getting 100% DC or 0% DC?

I don't see a BoostDCGauge. I see batADCGauge, boostgauge and 3 diff baro gauges.

Could this problem be caused by an uncalibrated TPS?

Sam just pointed out to me that I don't have a diode at the solenoid like in this pic. Could that be the problem?

Did you try it Paul's way, as described in post 39 here: https://www.miataturbo.net/forum/t30067-2/#post389112 .... this works great for him, me, and probably others too.
My problem isn't how I'm hooking it up. MS isn't opening/closing it. I tried the most simple way (ebc alone) and nothing.

Sorry, that should have read "bcDCgauge" - that's what MT is calling it with MS1/Extra.
