Default Help: 92 NA DIYPNP

So with my lack of megasquirt knowledge, my impulsiveness, and my eagerness to get my 1992 Miata on a standalone ECU, i purchased what i think was advertised as a MS2PNP.

Yes it didnt have the usual stickers/decals as the standard ones do, but i assumed they were peeled off or something. When i opened it up, it turned out to be a DIYPNP of course. The previous owner said he had bought it used for his project which never got to that point. Now i don't know much about these but i thought id start doing some research since i do own it now. I found some pics of other DIYPNP's for 90-93's and they dont seem to be wired up the same as mine is. I found the wiring documentation on the Diyautotune website and noticed a few things off about mine.

All i know about this ECU is that it plugs into my harness, but i cant seem to get Tunerstudio to communicate. I keep getting a message saying "No controller found" when i click detect. I tried that test where you jump pin 2 & 3 on the DB9 connector to check signal there, and that is working. Other than that there isnt much more information i can offer about this unit.

Is anyone able to look at these images and tell me what configuration this ECU was set up for?

Will I need to reconfigure this ECU if i have a:
1992 Miata
1.6L stock everything
No A/C from factory
Removed AFM
Installed GM IAT
PLX AFR gauge
BOSCH wideband sensor
