Default Help tuning for bigger injectors and pump

So short story is, I added in the 900cc flow force injectors which equals 1057cc on my NB. Required fuel is now down to 2.9 for my stock 1.8. I've added the voltage curve chart provided from flow force. My idle fuel VE nearly doubled with these injectors to be able to hit 14.5 AFR...is that normal? Ran some auto tuning and I see some high fuel VE, up to 120 in some areas. Why am I seeing such high fuel VE? Than today on the drive home out of nowhere something started messing up and It started going lean while building boost. Definitely was not like that this morning. Help me out please! Im taking the car out tonight for a datalog.

Car would not even start this morning. On the way home yesterday seems like the injector was cutting out. With the no start today, there was spark but no turn over...I suspect no fuel being injected.

With those big injectors your dead times and small pulse width calibration will need to be dead on or idle will suffer. If your injector calibrations are correct your VE should not need any major changes (required fuel scales that). The problem with these big injectors is the flow rate is non linear at small idle pulse rates. You also might have a clogged injector throwing everything off.. Please provide your current tune and the data flow force provided so I can double check everything before you go looking into clog/flow issues. Also wont hurt to check your plugs.

I just installed 660 injectors and have trouble getting them to work with the manufacturer's stated 1.038 dead time at 60 psi (2001 no return system). I increased dead times by units of .05 until it would idle. About 1.15 worked with an increase in VE table values, or 1.25 without. I will need to go back and adjust everything else (VE table, idle adjustment table, pressure corrections, voltage corrections), before moving the dead time back down. But it is easiest to have it running and tune back to expected values, then try to fix it when it is not running!

Thanks for the reply, big no start problem was from a buddy that decided to use the old hose and clamps for the new dw200...blew the hose right off lol. my idle VE is now back to around 57. I still had a cut out (full lean 22afr) a bit when slowing down and BARELY on throttle. Increased my fuel VE bottom rows and it helped. I still hit 22afr when just getting off throttle till I step on clutch it starts going back to stoich.
