Default JDM BPT Timing

Hi,
So after looking around it would seem my timing table is a bit high but my car has not blown up. I am not quite sure when I set the table up this high, for years I had matching JDM ecu so I didn't worry about timing, but I moved to MS a few years ago. I got sick and didn't drive much for a couple years but I am getting back into it a lot and driving 50 mile round trips on highway to work a few times a month so I need to ensure I don't blow up.

1.8 BPT
Microsquirt
330 injectors
2.5 inch pipes to IC
Premium octane
152, 160, 149, 149. Cold compression test

Any advice is welcome. Car is fast to the point that I really never go full open throttle but I do regularly see 14 psi and tend to run rich when not idling or cruising.
