what do you mean plug in the map? the MAP sensor? are you saying it starts when the vacuum line is NOT attached, but stalls when it is?

 

Im dead serious, It runs after I manually prime the fuel pump, and will idle perfect without vacumn source for map sensor plugged in, before this happened it would run terrible without map sensor. It runs without the fuel pump relay just the same, so the pump obviously isn't running, just leftover fuel pressure from priming. When I jump the fuel pump when it's running, it stalls.

 

post msq your fuel map or reqfuel must be way off. that suggests your tune is too lean to run.
