Megasquirt EFI wiring install help

Megasquirt EFI wiring install help
I have an already built megasquirt EFI ecu with a plug and play harness for my 04 Mazdaspeed miata. I went to get it installed and tuned by my tuner.... it turns out he’s not familiar with the software. And Sadly I got it with no instructions but It’s pretty straight forward with the harness to where it plugs into from car to ecu. But my harness also has 5 wires that come out which is supposed to get wired into something else. my tuner is having problems figuring out what the 5 wires are and where exactly they go into. We don’t want to **** **** up. So I’m seeing if anyone can help us out or have more info or can provide instructions lol thanks

Instructions are in that post. The wiring is
red = 12v
black = wb02 ground
blue = wbo2 input
yellow = spark c
grey = spark d
I believe you can ignore the yellow and grey.
