Default Megasquirt with Splitfire COP?
I am thinking to get a Megasquirt for my 1993 1.6 NA Miata...right now I have a Splitfire COP installed, I would like to know is it better for me to use Toyota DIY COP with the Megasquirt?

I had built a MS for someone with a splitfire ignition setup. caused all sorts of issues with the MS, once he removed it for stock coils all was well again.

OK good to know! If I want to use Toyota COP would the MS hardware be slightly different to have the maximum tuning capability?
