Currently trying to get my 95 running on ms but am having some issues. At the moment it will crank with a good rpm signal and sync but will do nothing but the occasional backfire (I think). The rpm is too low during cranking for me to see what is going on with a timing light.

It is running a 2000 nb motor with a separate crank and cam sensors with a stock trigger wheel. I've attached the current tune (just the base map with the stuff changed for the new sensors) as well as a data log of me cranking.

 

I haven't looked at your logs but have you tried swapping your coil wires? It could be that your ignition outputs are backwards. It happened to me the first time I wired the MS2, but it was on a stock 90 so I'm not sure if it applies.

What output circuit are you using for your spark?
