The MS2 is built, I am working on the wiring harness.

When running standalone what do we do with all the other pin outs on the factory 72pin connector that are not used by the MS2?

I'm concerned with items like vehicle speed, power steering switch, brake switch, neutral switch, fuel tank level, etc. How do I wiring these back into the car's wiring harness?

Also can I use the factory knock sensor on the engine and feed this into the megasquirt? I have Js5 reserved for this, but not sure if the factory sensor can be used or if any resistors diodes are required?
