Edit: V3.0 Board

Hello,
Installed FF LS coils.

Then have been having starting issues recently, tried about everything, hired a remote tuner. After no luck and cam / crank signals looking good, fuel and spark existing. Noticed the case rattling.

Photo attached: Does anyone know quick off hand what this portion of the board does? There is a LM2937E, looks like a capacitor, Diode? Attempt repair?
