Default MS3 Enhanced (Rev) First Start Up Settings

Trying to get my first start up so that I can set base timing on my MS3 from Reverent. I have a nearly stock 01 VVT 1.8 with FAB9 COP and header with EGR delete and custom intake running the GM IAT sensor. Running Innovate LC-2 Wideband. I'm new to tuning and not a super advanced mechanic, particularly around vehicle sensors and electronics so help would be appreciated. Just trying to get my baseline settings established to attain idle and set my base timing.

I'm confused on a few settings-

1. What should the Baro/Map sensor settings be? Here is what I have as default.

2. What should spark/cam input be on the Ignition Options? What I have set is below but I'm not sure what the JS10 input is or that is. Also, is Coil on Plug correct since my Fab9 is still a Wasted Spark setup and not sequential? Should I select Wasted COP, Wasted Spark or leave it as it is?

3. Under General Settings, the Baro setup again has me wondering... but also the Coolant/MAT tables at the bottom.

Hoping someone out there has a similar setup or knows a thing or two about this type of setup. I've had really rough attempts at first start with lots of misfires and cannot attain idle to start working with the base timing setup.

Thanks for helping a noob get started.

Leave everything as-is, switch the number of coils to wasted spark since your kit is still wasted spark and not sequential.
