Default MS3 Heatsink and Ignition Wiring Questions

Somewhere I read that the heatsink on the MS3 mainboard is supposed to contact the frame/box/chassis. However, mine is about 1/16" shy of touching it when the board is slid into it's slot. If I flip it over, it's about 1/16 too long. Is that an issue?

As for the injector wiring, DIYAutoTune and Joe Perez have the ignition wires wired one way, and here, it has them crossed. Which is correct, and why the difference?

The heat sink isn't a big deal.

If you've got an MS3X, wire the injectors up by their sequence.

You could elongate the holes with a round nosed needle file.

I already fixed that. I filed the edge down and wedged a piece of aluminum wilre on the opposite end between the edge of the board and the case.

That'll work nicely.
