Default MS3 Mini / knowledgable MS owners, help!

To start, I am a complete MS newbie. I am trying to turbo my miata. It is a 1995 1.8. Also, I am trying to figure out my MS3 mini. Here are my issues:

One, I don't believe the fuel pump is priming. It is meant to prime for two seconds, but I hear nothing. (I already tried flipping the F Pump jumper.

Two, the TPS isn't working. It is a variable tps which I believed worked fine with the stock ecu (I never got a CEL or anything weird). Once again, I tried flipping the TPS jumper as well. It either will read 1023 (max current) or zero (for both open and closed) depending on which way the jumper is connected.

I have attached a photo of my MS3 mini.

Please let me know if you see anything odd. To restate it, it is a 1995 1.8. Also, there is no MAF anymore, instead there is a Wideband and intake temp sensor installed.

Thank you

Set all the jumpers on the two-dot position EXCEPT for the CAS jumper, for a 94-95 1.8L.
