I built an MS3 with MS3X several years ago for my 90' and all was well. Ended up getting rid of that car but kept the megasquirt for a future build. I now have another 90' that someone swapped a 1.8 into(they seem to have just put a 1.8 motor into the body and kept all stock 1.6 wiring/ecu), and wanted to get the megasquirt setup for. My plan was to take the tune that was loaded onto the MS and change the displacement to 1.8 and then go from there, but this is where my problem is.

In preparation: I removed the intake assembly and installed a cold air intake, put a filter over the valve cover breather, installed the variable TPS, connected the GM IAT to the MAF cable, covered the connection from the IAC to the intake crossover tube, removed the ST SIGN fuse and ran the vacuum line to the MS.

When I turned the ignition to the on position none of the lights on the MS lit up, it would not connect to TS but the motor would crank if you turn the key all the way.

I have used a multimeter to verify that the MS is getting 12V power from pin 1B to 2B, I am unsure what steps to take next in regard to inspecting the MS itself or if I have done something else wrong.

It appears that I somehow combined both the 1.6&1.8 DIYBOB pinout? The excel spreadsheet is how it is wired currently and the V3.0 Main board component picture shows everything that is installed on my board, the blocks that I changed color of to white are not installed(ex. C12 or R43). D1 is simply a jumper

The car ran with it built this way so I am somewhat confused as to what I do/change next..
