Default MS3x Ran fine on Brain's Basemap, now it barely idles or just dies

Car is a 1996 NA. I just finished installing my MS3x into the car, did the IAT GM sensor wiring, Map sensor, and wideband, base timing. I loaded up the tune file and it started and ran great. AFRs looked to be in order and they did not go lean. But, I had one problem the AC was on all the time, so I checked out my wiring harness to see that it was a bad solder joint. so I resoldered it, and now the a/c works with the switch. Installed the harness back into the car, and now the car does not want to idle, and whenever I give the car gas it goes very lean. When I keep the gas at a constant of around 10-12% the car hunts between 2200 rpm all the way down to 800, this fluctuates and the AFRs go between 13-14 to 18-19 respectively. I tried to drive it around the block but the car ended up bucking uncontrollably. Sometimes when I start the car it will idle to 850ish and then just drop out and die. I noticed my IAC valve was humming very loud, louder than usual, don't know if the IAC will just go bad like that? I would like some help with this as I have been trying to figure it out for the past few hours and couldn't find any writeups that had my same issue.

Tune file and Log file are below
